# Pricing

> What Pavo costs: a platform fee sized to your systems, plus one usage unit that counts the applied science work.

Pavo's price has two parts: a **platform fee** sized to your systems, and **usage** that counts the applied science work Pavo does for you.

Nothing else is metered. There is no per-seat charge, nothing billed for the data you connect, and nothing billed for work Pavo throws away.

## Platform

*Designed for teams running production systems where a point of a metric is worth millions.*

**Tailored to your systems.** The annual fee is set on the scale of the systems Pavo improves, the number of sources it reads, and how much science you plan to run. That figure, and the annual ASU allowance that comes with it, are the ones agreed in your contract.

## Term and exit

Platform runs on an **annual term, billed annually or quarterly.** Prepay the year for a discount.

  **90-day exit.** Cancel inside the first quarter for any reason. Most teams have shipped a measured improvement well before then.

## Questions

    You sign an annual term with an unconditional exit in the first quarter. Cancel inside 90 days for any reason at all: no proof required, no case to argue, nothing to negotiate.

    We offer it because the platform tends to prove itself fast. Teams have gone from connecting a system to shipping a measured improvement in two to three weeks.

  <Accordion title="What counts as one system?">
    One production surface with its own objective and its own metric owner: your recommendation feed, your search ranker, your notification engine, your pricing model, your ad campaign optimiser.

    On Platform, systems are not licensed separately, so connect as many as you want. Each new one gets its own System Book built from your code, warehouse and experiment history, and that build draws ASUs. Usage prices itself; you never need a purchase order to add a surface.

    No. Bring the whole team. Charging per seat would push you to limit who can see how your systems behave, which is the opposite of the point: tribal knowledge is only useful once it is shared.
